Neymar slung an arm around his shoulders and began introducing each floor like a tour guide.
"The first floor is all guest rooms. There are six of them, furnished to the standard of a five-star hotel presidential suite." Neymar pushed open the door to one of the rooms.
"Every room has its own balcony overlooking the sea."
"And there's this dining hall over there..." He pointed at the vast open space that stretched beyond sight.
"More than a hundred people could eat here without it feeling crowded. I held my birthday party here last year and invited half the Brazil national team. Too bad you'd gone back to China then, so you couldn't make it."
Chen Anno stood in the middle of the dining hall and looked around.
This dining hall alone was larger than the combined living room and dining room of his villa in Formby.
The second floor was for entertainment.
A billiards room, a children's playroom, a gaming room...
Neymar's gaming room was equipped with ten top-spec computers. Screens hung on the walls, anti-static carpeting covered the floor, and the whole place looked like some high-end internet café.
"Hehe... this is all for the boys when they come over to play games." Neymar said it casually.
Then there was the enormous viewing terrace.
From here, the private tennis court and artificial beach volleyball court were all in view.
Farther away, a white yacht was moored at the private canal dock. The twenty-five-meter Nadine sat quietly beneath the sunlight.
On the other side of the dock were two enormous swimming pools and a level go-kart track.
The third floor was Neymar's private space.
The massive master bedroom had floor-to-ceiling windows facing the horizon.
