Lin Ya is Emperor Xue Ye’s fifth son and Xue Beng’s twin brother; both were born to one of Xue Ye’s secondary consorts, who died shortly after their birth. To protect Lin Ya from palace intrigue, Prince Xue Xing conceals his identity and raises him outside the imperial court. Xue Xing secretly oversees his martial-soul awakening out of concern for his safety and identity. 3 15 70

Lin Ya initially manifests the White Swan martial soul, then reveals his second martial soul, the Outcast—whose innate Golden Light Mantra protected him during the ceremony. His innate Soul Power is Rank 10. 3 4
