Just as the six ancestors struck at War King City, the Wolf King and Snake King on the other side also learned the news through the Dream Realm.

Thanks to the Lower City's infiltration of the Upper City over so many years, the two easily slipped into the Upper City with a group of people.

The Upper City had enjoyed peace for far too long, and its vigilance against danger had long since been nearly worn away.

For War King and the others, simply allowing the Lower City to become independent held little meaning.

They had to use this opportunity to expand the Lower City and face a broader Heaven and Earth.

Thus, War King's people planned to use this chance to establish themselves, seize part of the Upper City's territory, and then connect with the outside world.

After all, both the Upper City and Lower City ostensibly belonged to Blackwater City. It was simply that the latter had never possessed any say in the past.
