Background / History

Wu Fei was originally a Dragon Ball fan before transmigrating into the Dragon Ball world. The Dragon Ball Strongest System activated soon afterward, giving him immediate combat ability and ordering him to defeat Raditz. By identifying Raditz's arrival as the start of the Dragon Ball Z timeline, Wu Fei quickly understood the danger and acted before the original sequence of events could unfold. 1

His intervention prevented Son Goku's expected death during the Raditz conflict. Wu Fei treated Goku and Piccolo with Senzu Beans, warned them about Vegeta and Nappa's future arrival, and directed Goku toward Kami's Lookout rather than personally training him. He consciously avoided changing the main storyline too drastically. 6

Afterward, he spent long periods training and living alone on isolated islands. He built a mountain villa, fished, cooked, sold excess fish, and used the quiet routine to cultivate patience alongside his strength. 9

Wu Fei later fused with the Legendary Super Saiyan Bloodline in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. The fusion made him a true Saiyan and transformed his rate of growth, though he initially had to stabilize the power he received. 21 22

Appearance

After fusing with the Legendary Super Saiyan Bloodline, Wu Fei becomes taller and more muscular, with a brownish-black Saiyan tail. His aura can be overwhelmingly intimidating when released, though he can suppress it and return to a gentler presence. 21 22
