Background / History

Vrom grew up within P1, the World Government’s secret-service organization, and regards it as a cruel place rather than a home. He rose to become one of its commanders and later its intelligence chief, specializing in protection, surveillance, intelligence gathering, pursuit, and assassination. 118 634

Commander-in-Chief Kong assigned Vrom to the unusual long-term task of protecting Yatogami Long Yi. Though he initially questioned the assignment, he accepted immediately because obedience was fundamental to his work as an intelligence agent. 84

His original duties at Long Yi’s side included both protection and surveillance for the World Government. He reported Long Yi’s actions to Kong while monitoring the youth’s loyalties, intentions, and dangerous ghost-god powers. 85 116 261
