The muscles in the demon's chest and abdomen suddenly tightened, as though it had used a [Hardening] spell. Its hardened muscles caught the advancing Crystal Lances.

"Aah!" With a furious roar, the demon's body began to turn red.

Its arms lashed out in fury, knocking the crystal swords away.

"Careful, it's entered a state similar to berserk mode," Evileye said, her voice remarkably calm.

With a wave of her hand, Evileye sent a pool of sinister ink-black liquid flying toward the demon.

The liquid struck the demon's body and immediately began to hiss, like concentrated acid dripping onto steel.

"Lakyus!"

"Got it."

Lakyus charged at the demon. She knew exactly what Evileye intended to do.

The demon swung its arms, slapping toward Lakyus from both sides with a sound almost like steel whips tearing through the air.

The six
