"It's not urgent, though. The manga still has to serialize for several more years; we'll only launch it once the story has enough flesh on its bones. I'm bringing it up now because I want to stockpile PR talent over in China ahead of time. "You really are something." He shook his head, his tone somewhere between helplessness and admiration. "Games, hardware, animation, film and television—what exactly are you trying to turn Sega into?"

"A company where employees can get bigger bonuses," Nakayama Takuya answered at once.

Yoshikawa was amused into laughing and cursing under his breath.

"Fine. I'll keep an eye out for people on the China side for you." Yoshikawa stood up and slung his briefcase back over his shoulder. "Things are developing fast over there. Who knows what field you'll expand the business into next time? Whether the film-and-TV project gets made or not, having one more person who understands the local doorways and byways can't hurt."

"Thank you, Uncle Yoshikawa." Nakayama Takuya stood up as well and walked around the desk. "But you really should go home and rest first today. You haven't even gotten over the jet lag, and you're already running to the company. Won't my sister-in-law scold you?"

"She's used to it." Yoshikawa straightened his crooked tie, walked to the door, then stopped and looked back at Nakayama Takuya. "As for you, stay up less. Your current workload is no longer something a managing director should be carrying.
