"Is this the Black Witch Continent?"
The Black Witch Continent—compared to ordinary worlds, calling it a continent was no exaggeration. Its area even surpassed that of many medium and small worlds combined. Yet compared to the vast Wizard Continent, it was merely a giant overseas island.
Black clouds coiled through the sky, pitch-dark and unbearably oppressive. The weather on overseas islands was always so fickle, with clouds and rain changing without warning.
The coastal cliffs were bare. Now and then, one or two hardy plants struggled to survive. Flocks of vultures pecked at the corpses of unknown creatures on the shore, letting out harsh, hoarse cries.
Compared to the bustling, vibrant coasts of the Wizard Continent, where fishermen came and went without end, this place could be called a barren wasteland.
"Yes, this is the Black Witch Continent, also known as the Black Region—a terrifying land whose rules are utterly different from those of the Wizard Continent. However, these Black Wizards mainly gather human despair, so they maintain relatively good relations with the Seafolk. Some smuggling merchant groups from the Wizard Continent often trade with the Black Witch Continent through their Seafolk connections."
As Labrad spoke, he pointed at Green's Spyshadow Starfall.
"Master, it would be best if you put away this Spyshadow Starfall. Demon-Hunting Merit and the Black Witch Continent are mortal enemies. The Black Wizards here generally will not bear you hostility for no reason out of respect for me, but if they see this Spyshadow Starfall..."
"Mm."
Green nodded and put away the Spyshadow Starfall. In a low voice, he said, "Then I'll be troubling the King of the Gem Sea."
Whoosh! Whoosh!
With Labrad leading the way and Green following behind, the two shot swiftly toward the depths of the Black Witch Continent.
