Little Eight, flying toward Youquan and Tajibeli, suddenly let out a shriek. A layer of black flames engulfed its body, dark baleful energy seeming to bore into its flesh, cold and merciless.
"Damn it!! You little runt, you dare..."
Yet the black-flame greatsword in Youquan's hand remained pointed directly at Little Eight. Having released her self-sealing technique, she was in an incomparably berserk state, her eyes cold and devoid of emotion.
"If you can't use the Space-Time Link Talent between you and Green to escape, then die."
As she spoke, Youquan viciously swung her black-flame greatsword. With a shrill "caw," blood sprayed through the air, charred feathers scattered everywhere, and Little Eight exploded into fragments that filled the sky. Its burning remains fell amid black flames.

Tajibeli cried out in alarm.
"You killed Bahongni Weixi?"
Youquan did not care in the slightest. "It wasn't."
"You judged by whether it lived or died merely because Green told you about the so-called Space-Time Link Talent between himself and his soul companion? What if... what if it had no way to evade power at your level, and really was Green's soul companion!?"
Tajibeli could not accept Youquan's cruel method of identification. From what she knew of Youquan, Youquan was not this cold-hearted. Something must have happened in the Stone Monster Fairy World that had shown her the terror of the Black Terminators.
Gurgle, gurgle...
As they spoke, Little Eight's remains, which had supposedly been slain by Youquan's black flames, suddenly began to squirm. They truly transformed into a Black Terminator!
It was an eerie sensation. Without a trace of presence, the Black Terminator lowered its head to examine the black flames on its body, bared its teeth, and actually let out the shriek unique to Little Eight.
