The Heavenly Net Technology Research Base, nestled within the Heavenly Abyss Mountain Range of the Two-Ring Holy Tower, had unknowingly become a rather famous "private" large-scale laboratory within the Two-Ring Holy Tower's sphere of influence, dedicated to researching the Metal Destroyer Civilization.
Although the Wizard World had yet to issue full-scale war preparations, some high-ranking wizards had already begun obtaining information about the Metal Destroyer Civilization through various channels.
As the laboratory's owner, even Green had not imagined four hundred years ago that using research into the Golden Radiance Destroyer Civilization as bait to gather academy mentors for the future Source of Magic of his wizard tower would work even better than expected.
Of course...
That was only in terms of Green's goal of constructing a Source of Magic. As for the laboratory's actual purpose of researching an alien civilization, Green's laboratory had, in truth, made very little progress.

It was said that the laboratory had been founded by a great wizard who had once stirred up the Wizard World after participating in a Slave World war against the Metal Destroyer Civilization. His name was Green, the Shadow of Despair of the Seven-Ring Holy Tower.
