Green's startled reaction drew a cold, shaking-of-the-head laugh from Netherheart, the Stigmata Sorcerer.
"The Earth Vein World's gravitational laws continuously draw in surrounding worlds with an immense gravitational source. Descending here is extremely easy, but leaving... is no less difficult than a Sovereign descending into a medium-sized world. Thus, the Earth Vein World has gathered far more powerful beings than ordinary great worlds—a mixed bag of dragons and fish, their strength unfathomable. And because of the suppression of the Earth Vein laws' immense gravity, the power one can wield within the Earth Vein World is far below that in ordinary worlds. Even these World Lords find it difficult to exert much influence over the world's operation."
As he spoke, Netherheart, the Stigmata Sorcerer, gave his crescent moon magic staff a wave. A faint ghostly glow enveloped them, concealing some of the power fluctuations inadvertently radiating from Nine-Headed Wrath, Destruction Sword, and Green.
"It is better to have them over there drawing this world's attention. Otherwise, they would be troublesome as well. After all, this is a great world; the number of World Lords here is by no means comparable to those in medium and small worlds."
