To creatures from beyond the realm, the Wizard World's system of rules was something of extreme mystery, the unknown, and terror.
Whether they were World Lords born in small worlds, several supreme beings standing side by side in medium worlds, or great worlds controlled by Overlords, none could comprehend what kind of terrifying world of rules could have produced so many unbelievably powerful beings.
Just as the Wizard World was filled with uncertainty toward the Metal Destroyer World it was about to face and could only speculate and imagine, the creatures of these foreign worlds could only make vague guesses from the scattered information revealed by wizards, the Space Fortresses left behind by the Wizard World's origin will in foreign realms, and the resources traded through Wizard Coins.
How could those World Lords friendly with wizards truly gain a comprehensive understanding of the Wizard World merely through the fragments described by wizards?
Even a wizard would not dare claim to truly understand the Wizard World's vastness, let alone foreign lives that had never been educated and shaped by the will of Wizard Civilization.
The Wizard Alliance Congress was the most direct opportunity for these foreign lives to understand and witness the incomparably immense power of Wizard Civilization!
Unlike the mutual exchanges and understanding within the Wizard World, these foreign lives did not understand one another. Thus, they could easily regard every world beyond their own systems as part of the Wizard Alliance's unbreakable framework.
As a result, World Lords from some newly joined small worlds often imagined the Wizard World as a terrifying world of chaos, violence, disorder, deformity, and distortion, believing that only such a world could have birthed so many incomprehensible World Lords.
