Bow Arrow Ray!

Blue Nexus's ultimate attack shot straight forward, piercing Impelaizer's body and cutting through the very center of the robot.

A clear, deep gash was left across Impelaizer's body. It rapidly spread and split apart at a visible speed. Cracks, lit by golden light shining through them, crawled over the robot's entire body as immense light energy spread throughout it.

Impelaizer's movements stopped, as though someone had pressed a pause button. It stood there, the red glow in its eyes flickering on and off. A moment later, it swayed, then slowly tipped backward and fell.

BOOM!

With an earth-shaking roar, Impelaizer exploded the instant it hit the ground. The light energy contained within the Bow Arrow Ray erupted from the inside out, shattering its supposedly indestructible body and blasting every component, piece of armor, and weapon down to particle-sized fragments...

...Well, perhaps not every last piece.

Richard clicked his tongue inwardly.

This big guy was even sturdier than he had imagined.

The red haze within the Meta Field gradually dispersed, and Impelaizer's enormous body had vanished without a trace. Yet wreckage still remained on the ground—fragments that had been blasted to pieces, their appearances so badly warped that their original forms were impossible to identify.

But wreckage still remained.

Richard knew perfectly well how Impelaizer operated, especially this Impelaizer, which was ten or even a hundred times stronger than the one from the original Ultraman series. As long as a single fragment remained, it could continue regenerating.

After being pulverized to this extent, however, even it likely could not regenerate immediately.

So it needed to retreat. It needed time to regroup.

Then that same sensation from before returned—the feeling of the Meta Field being infiltrated. Richard could clearly sense a cold malice seeping into his domain of light.
