Gods of love yearned for love and burned with passion; gods of war were savage and belligerent, hot-tempered and quick to anger; gods of wine excelled at brewing and loved wild drinking; gods of agriculture were hardworking and simple, encouraging farming and sericulture.

Compared to complicated humans, gods were very easy to understand. Their personalities often matched their divine domains.

However, gods were not free of desires. Extreme emotions meant extreme desires, and under the sway of such extreme desires, they would do things just like humans did—perhaps even worse than humans.
