Because of Ye Ting's presence, calamities continued to surround the Argonauts throughout the journey ahead.

After leaving Lemnos Island, the Argo sailed past the coast of Rhoeteum and through Dardania, then began heading toward

Abydos. It then passed Percote, the beaches of Abarnis, and sacred Pityeia, finally bravely crossing the whirlpool-tossed Hellespont.

The Argo's next destination was the land of the Doliones, ruled by Cyzicus. Cyzicus and his people warmly entertained the Argonauts.

However, on the night the Argo departed, fierce winds rose and blew the heroes back into the land of the Doliones.

It was pitch-black at the time, so dark one could not see one's hand before one's face. The Doliones assumed enemies had come to launch a sneak attack and immediately attacked. Thus, the two sides began fighting in the darkness. How could ordinary mortals compare to the Argonauts in combat? Countless Doliones were routed.

That should have been how it went.

However, Ye Ting, ever afraid the world was not chaotic enough, secretly cast a wide-area Power of the Wild on the Doliones' side.

The Doliones' combat strength surged, while the Argonauts were weakened and lacking vitality after their time with the women of Lemnos Island. With one side waxing and the other waning, they naturally could not achieve the one-sided crushing victory they should have had.

Still, the Argonauts were the Argonauts.

In the end, they naturally won.

Many local heroes died in the battle, and even the king himself perished beneath Jason's spear.

Yet unlike the outcome that should have occurred, the Argonauts had not achieved a complete victory. They, too, had paid with lives.

Although only two warriors died in the battle, it was still a tremendous blow to the others.

And to Ye Ting, this was good news as well.
