The one who spoke up to refute Jason was Erginus, another son of Poseidon. His brother Antaeus was also one of the Argonauts.
He shouted, "How can we just give up... and go back like this?"
He flew into a rage at Jason.

Some of the other heroes also responded in agreement.

Erginus raised his voice even louder.
"So what? Jason, I know you don't want us to die, but we want even less for them to have died in vain! We aren't doing this for your ambition... If it were only for your ambition, so many of us would never have joined the Argonauts and become part
