Ollivander began introducing the wand.

"The materials are a tail feather from an exceptionally ancient Phoenix King bird, and the core of a century-old elder tree. Twelve inches long, supple and flexible—it is one of the works I am proudest of in my life. I will never again be able to find materials this precious, nor make a wand more powerful than this one."

I just hope this wand doesn't cause any more accidents. Ye Ting had been exhausted by the constant "surprises." He no longer had the energy to consider whether the wand was powerful; he only wanted to end these tests as quickly as possible. Even so, he carefully accepted the wand.

The moment he took hold of it, every wand in the little shop began to tremble. A wondrous sensation traveled from the wand into his hand—a smooth sense of control and obedience, as though he could cast magic effortlessly.

Ye Ting gave the wand a light wave. This time, no accident occurred. Brilliant silver light flashed from its tip, and then all the trembling wands fell still.

"Wonderful... simply wonderful!" Ollivander exclaimed loudly. "To see this wand find its master within my lifetime is truly an honor."

Then he turned to Ye Ting and reminded him, "Wands with phoenix feathers as their cores are powerful and exceptionally choosy about their owners, especially those from Phoenix King birds. Elder wands are harder to master than any other kind of wand, and demand the greatest talent from their wielders. Any wizard capable of using an elder wand is destined to be extraordinary. Since you have become the master of such a wand, you are fated for a legendary future."

As he spoke that final sentence, he looked at Dumbledore.

Dumbledore smiled faintly. "My child, I am delighted that you possess such a wand. I am beginning to look forward to your performance at Hogwarts."

Ye Ting put away his wand with satisfaction and asked, "Then how much does this wand cost?"

"No, no charge." Ollivander gave the wand a reluctant look and refused. "To see the greatest creation of my life meet its true master has already fulfilled me. I hope you will use it well."

Watching Dumbledore and Ye Ting leave, Ollivander muttered to himself, "Wool's Orphanage again, and another genius like this... No, a genius even more unbelievable than that person. I hope he will not follow in that person's footsteps, or else the wizarding world will..."

"Next, we need to buy you a set of Hogwarts uniforms," Dumbledore said after they left the wand shop. "Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions. We usually go there."

Madam Malkin was a short, plump witch with a cheerful smile, dressed in purple. "Here to buy Hogwarts school uniforms, dear?" Before Ye Ting could speak, she had already begun. "We have plenty of them here. Oh, hello, Mr. Dumbledore. Have you come to pick up a student yourself? I did not notice you just now."

The two exchanged greetings with smiles.

Ye Ting noticed another young man emerging from the back room. He was a head shorter than Ye Ting—thanks to his constantly improving physique, Ye Ting had always been taller than most children his age. The young man wore a plain, old-fashioned black robe, and Ye Ting thought it was hideous.

"Excuse me, are Hogwarts uniforms like that?" he asked helplessly, pointing at the young man.

"Oh, yes, dear." Madam Malkin led Ye Ting to a high stool. "But if you are dissatisfied, you can ask for some lace or something... Oh, can you stand on this stool? I need to take your measurements."

Ye Ting was still dissatisfied with the outdated robe, so he made an unexpected request. "Can I design the robes myself and have them custom-made here?"

"Design your own robes?" Madam Malkin's voice immediately rose several octaves. "No one has ever made such a request before. We are professionals here... but if you insist, it is not impossible."

Her final sentence was much quieter. Clearly, Ye Ting's request had upset her somewhat; she felt that her professionalism had been slighted.

So Ye Ting skillfully began sketching on paper. It was the uniform worn by students of the Mage's Association from the Type-Moon world in his memories. The hem was slightly shorter than Hogwarts robes, and the design was far more fashionable, seeming like a blend of Muggle-world styles. He also drew the matching shirt, vest, trousers, and more.

Dumbledore and Madam Malkin stood curiously behind Ye Ting, wanting to see what he could come up with. As the outfit gradually took shape beneath Ye Ting's skilled strokes, their expressions slowly grew serious.

"I must say, your new student truly is a genius," Madam Malkin said to Dumbledore with a sigh. "This is not something an ordinary child could design. If he became a fashion designer, he could earn a fortune in Galleons."

Dumbledore nodded in heartfelt agreement. Ever since meeting Ye Ting that day, the boy had never stopped surprising him.

Finally, after drawing the finished design, Ye Ting put down his pen. Madam Malkin immediately took the drawing and examined it carefully.
