Upper Yang Inner Landscape.
Yang Pool.
The pool's surface was unnaturally still, but beneath it, undercurrents surged.
Countless streams of energy converged on Jiang Ning and flowed into his body.
A long while passed.
The movement beneath the water ceased, and Jiang Ning slowly opened his eyes.
He could feel surging currents of yang filling every corner of his body.
He looked around. He was the only one left in the Yang Pool. Senior Brother Bai Li had vanished.
"Senior Brother Bai has left. I never asked him how to use this wisp of metal-aspected qi."
Jiang Ning raised his right hand and looked at the white, misty wisp he held.
Though it was qi, he could feel it solidly in his grasp.
Just then,
with a slight shift of his thoughts,
the misty white qi darted toward him like a spirit snake and slipped into his body.
"What is..." He stared down at himself, stunned.
Then he closed his eyes and focused inward.
His awareness swept through his body, but he found nothing amiss.
"Metal-aspected qi..." he murmured, opening his eyes.
He had no idea what had just happened.
He had only learned what metal-aspected qi was from Bai Li.
As for how to use it, he knew nothing at all.
"Forget it! It shouldn't be a bad thing!" After a moment's thought, he shook his head and stopped worrying.
Then he noticed a faint golden glow coming from his body.
It was as though every strand of hair and every inch of flesh shone.
"A pure-yang spiritual body!"
He broke into a smile.
Once he returned, he would be able to fully attain the Yang God state.
That accumulation alone could help him cross the threshold of the second rank quickly.
