Background

Liu Tianran is a transmigrator who arrived in Douluo Continent before the beginning of Tang Wulin's story. Aware that the apparent peace of the era would eventually collapse into calamity, he chose to cultivate quietly while establishing influence through hidden identities rather than relying on his original body alone 2.

His awakening initially disappointed him: he inherited his mother's Healing System Martial Soul instead of a battle-oriented one. Rather than abandon cultivation, he resolved to become a respected healing-type Soul Saint and used the awakening of his Soul Power to activate the Sea of Consciousness Space 2.

At Tianhai First Hospital, where his mother served as vice director, Liu Tianran secretly harvested Soul Power, spiritual power, and memory fragments from unclaimed victims of the Black Market Explosion. He selected the deceased blacksmith Li Ziming as his first clone template, beginning the network through which he sought to place exceptional talents in major factions 3.

Six years later, he transferred from Skysea Academy to Eastsea Academy's advanced division to observe the unfolding events around Tang Wulin and gain easier access to materials. He maintained the image of a gifted but not excessively conspicuous healing Soul Master, even though he had already reached level 38 6 8.

Liu Tianran became captain of Eastsea Academy's seven-man team for the Skysea Grand Tournament. By the tournament, he had reached level 42 and combined healing ability, exceptional physical strength, and battlefield techniques acquired through Xie Jiayun's experiences 14. He later graduated early and joined the Eastsea Legion, seeking military experience, resources, and another secure avenue for his long-term plans 29.

Within the legion, his healing performance in drills and live missions earned the attention of senior officers. He was assigned to the security detail for the Douluo–Star Luo exchange delegation, partly because the legion hoped to cultivate him into a strategic healing-type asset comparable to Xie Jiayun 57.

Liu Tianran is disciplined, patient, and intensely goal-oriented. He cultivates daily, studies Soul Master theory in advance, and consciously restrains his own visibility so that more conspicuous figures attract attention instead of him 6 9 10.
