Accompanied by a crisp metallic ring, the elongated metal bar on the anvil began to take on the rough shape of a sword.

Enduring the headache, Bai Ye did not pause any longer and instead brought down the third strike.

After three strikes, a clear sword cry echoed through Miss Vulcan's smithy.

The metal ingot that had originally rested on the anvil had vanished, replaced by a one-handed sword slightly shorter than Tear of Heaven.

This sword was plainer in design than Tear of Heaven and did not resemble the First Era elven longswords. However, its blade was translucent, flickering in and out of sight in the air.

Defying the laws of physics, the longsword floated in midair and slowly spun.

Bai Ye reached out. He could feel his connection to the sword, as though it were part of his body.

Before Bai Ye's fingers could even touch the hilt, the longsword flew into his hand by itself.

Bai Ye gripped the longsword in his left hand. He knew that this was his second sword. Holy light surged within him, and Bai Ye poured it directly into the blade.

The translucent sword gradually began to radiate dazzling golden light. Then, two lines of inscription silently appeared along either side of the blade.

They were written in the ancient elven language of the First Era,
