An Outlandish Proposal

"Fikrov, what have you been busy with lately?"

Wang Ye invited him to sit down as he smiled and exchanged pleasantries.

Fikrov said with a serious expression, "Mr. Speaker, you should know that our country has more women than men, and young people nowadays are becoming increasingly unwilling to marry and have children. This has led to negative population growth, which is extremely dangerous."
