Background / History

Qin Wuhe inherited Hidden Dragon Martial Hall and vowed to restore it to prominence in Scarlet Cloud County. By his tenure, however, the hall had fallen into a cycle of decline: its weak reputation prevented it from attracting talented disciples, while its lack of disciples and resources further weakened its reputation. 3 50

To find successors, he created the Lucky Plan, recruiting forty mountain-village youths without tuition and providing them food, lodging, and martial instruction. Other martial halls mocked the plan, but Qin considered it necessary for Hidden Dragon Martial Hall’s survival. 3 50

Shi Hao’s initiation of the Coiling Dragon Stance Art in only three days validated Qin’s gamble. Qin personally assessed him, assigned him a daily serving of Tiger-Bone Body-Strengthening Soup, and began teaching him the Azure Dragon Through-the-Arms Fist. 3

Qin later recognized Lu Chen’s progress, promoted him to the inner court, and rewarded him with Blood-Qi Powder after Lu demonstrated minor mastery of the Azure Dragon Through-the-Arms Fist alongside a Blood Moving breakthrough. 15 When Lu hesitated to leave Wang Firm for the Huang Family, however, Qin chose the hall’s alliance with the Huang Family over Lu and expelled him. 51
