Background / History

Tang Wulin first encountered the nameless orphan later called Little Seven during a storm in Holy Soul Village. He offered the boy food, gave him the name “Little Seven,” and brought him home, beginning their close bond. 1

At the Spirit Hall, Tang Wulin awakened a Blue Silver Grass martial soul and was identified as having innately full soul power. After Little Seven fainted during his own awakening, Tang Wulin cared for him and proposed that they attend Nuoding Academy together, declaring his ambition to become the strongest Soul Master. 1

At Nuoding Academy, Tang Wulin and Little Seven learned that their soul power fluctuations were identical. Their connection allows Little Seven to grow whenever Tang Wulin breaks through, while injuries to Tang Wulin can also be felt by Little Seven. 1 2
