Team Soul Battle

After completing his combat training, Zhang Fei, as usual, slowly made his way toward the team training grounds.

The setting sun cast the training grounds in a golden-red glow. Dust swirled through the air, while shouts and cries rose and fell without pause.

The students in Beast Academy's dark blue uniforms had split into two groups for a sparring exercise, and muffled booms of colliding Soul Power echoed across the grounds.

Zhang Fei walked to a stone bench at the edge of the field and sat down, his gaze sweeping back and forth as he observed every detail of their movements.

As captain of the Beast Academy Team, he did not usually train alongside the other members. Still, he came to the training grounds nearly every day to chat and interact with them briefly, keeping track of everyone's condition.

Under his influence, the team members had also become increasingly diligent.

Teacher Yang Ming had even drawn on Zhang Fei's earlier experience, arranging for everyone to spend their mornings in the Gravity Training Arena tempering their bodies, their afternoons in team training, and their nights meditating and cultivating. Their schedules were packed to the brim.

Once the exercise ended, the team members gathered around in twos and threes as Zhang Fei discussed the day's tactics with them.

Suddenly, a burly figure strode into the training grounds. It was none other than their leading teacher, Yang Ming.

"Perfect, the captain is here too," Yang Ming called loudly upon seeing Zhang Fei. "Everyone, assemble! I have an announcement!"

The ten team members swiftly formed up, while Zhang Fei rose to stand at the very front of the line.

Yang Ming swept his gaze across them and said gravely, "In less than two years, the Continental Advanced Soul Master Academy Elite Tournament will begin.
