Yilafren was like a bucket with a huge hole in it. Her rapid deflation terrified Lin Fan.

He hurriedly injected Yilafren with a healing agent, restoring her to normal once more. Crystal-clear drool flowed from her mouth.

"We need to knock them out and make them lose their awareness of the world," Jaghatai said with a furrowed brow. A chop to the neck rendered Yilafren unconscious, and the drool finally stopped.

The remaining Aeldari, swaying like grass, also received Jaghatai's assistance. They collapsed limply onto the ground, unconscious.

Lin Fan lifted Yilafren from the pilot's seat. Jaghatai crouched before the controls and piloted the Void Phoenix Fighter. Though he could not achieve the Aeldari's perfect 100% compatibility, flying the fighter to the VK-01 star system was easy enough.

The fighter left the Webway and headed for Volani's command center.

The entire planet was silent. Other than the wind, there was nothing.
