Liang Bing was summoned by Hua Wei as an upgradeable Six-Star unit alongside her exclusive warship, Apocalypse One. Her system-defined identity placed her among the commanders of the Holy Judgment Legion. 36

She made her first major intervention during the Khorne invasion of Terra. Arriving over Luna in Apocalypse One, she froze the battle with the Spacetime Stasis Field, not out of concern for the Imperium, but because eight Bloodthirsters interested her as research specimens. She then teleported into the battle, fought alongside Guilliman, and claimed the Greater Daemons as her own targets. 39 40 41

After the battle, Liang Bing captured a Greater Daemon and began extracting the core imprint of its Blood God blessing. She ignored Terra’s political disputes and external communications while concentrating on her experiments. 42 44

On Macragge, she became interested in Guilliman and Cawl’s Primaris Space Marine project. Her modifications greatly improved the project’s projected success rate and gave its subjects enhanced regeneration and resistance to Warp corruption. 50 53
