As Akatsuki’s intelligence officer, Konan recognizes Feiyun as a heavily investigated recruitment target. During her battle with him, she tries to recruit him by offering access to Nagato, but his knowledge of Akatsuki’s secrets and his warnings about Madara leave her deeply unsettled. 40 41

Akatsuki’s Decline

Konan negotiates with Feiyun to resurrect Akatsuki’s fallen elders and reunites with Yo and Big Buddha. Their return reinforces her grief over the organization’s lost ideals and her determination to avenge its destruction. 67 68
