Background / History

Qingtian was the Heaven-Soaring Dragon Python kept by the Chek Lineage beneath Black Jade Pavilion. Chekenao had spent a year and a half taming him, while Qingtian remained in the well for roughly ten years. Despite being a Fourth-Order Magical Beast, he was proud, suspicious, and difficult to manage. 35 39

When Xiao Ni and Xiao Xun'er entered the pavilion's hidden area, Qingtian attacked them. Xiao Ni suppressed him with a small golden dragon phantom produced by the Eight Desolations Dragon-Subduing Finger, an experience that left Qingtian deeply frightened by the perceived dragon might. 35 37

Xiao Ni later gave Qingtian a Heavenly Extreme Avatar Pill. The pill transformed him into a human and elevated him directly to Four-Star Dou King strength. Xiao Ni named him “Qingtian” after the transformation, and Qingtian immediately asked to follow him. 36

Xiao Ni brought Qingtian to Chekenao to settle his departure from the Chek Lineage. Chekenao ultimately permitted Qingtian to leave after receiving compensation, while Qingtian received ten million Gold Coins from Xiao Ni. 38 39

After joining Xiao Ni, Qingtian returned to the Xiao Household and accepted responsibility for protecting it while Xiao Ni traveled to the Magic Beast Mountain Range. 41 42

Appearance

After transforming, Qingtian appears as a handsome young man with an unusually pale color scheme. His first human appearance was unclothed, so Xiao Ni gave him a black robe. 36

He is intensely grateful to Xiao Ni for granting him human form and greater strength. This admiration makes him eager to remain at Xiao Ni's side, although Xiao Ni must regularly restrain his violent temper and tendency to cause trouble. 36 43

Beneath his arrogance, Qingtian is capable of loyalty and concern. He agrees to guard the Xiao Household, and his insulting farewell to Chekenao still carries genuine worry for the elder's well-being. 41 42

Qingtian first appears as the Heaven-Soaring Dragon Python guarding the well beneath Black Jade Pavilion. After being subdued by Xiao Ni, he becomes the recipient of the Heavenly Extreme Avatar Pill and transforms into a Four-Star Dou King. 35 36

Departure from the Chek Lineage

Qingtian accompanies Xiao Ni to meet Chekenao, impatiently attempting to identify himself before Xiao Ni and Xiao Xun'er clarify the situation. Chekenao eventually allows him to depart with Xiao Ni. 38 39

Xiao Household Protector

After the Xiao Household and Chek Lineage form an alliance, Qingtian moves into the Xiao Household. He accepts Xiao Ni's rules and takes responsibility for defending the household during Xiao Ni's journey. 42 43
