Lin Xue nodded and stepped aside with the notes in her arms. As Su Chen walked past her, he heard her say behind him, "Strategist, if we go to destroy another base next time, I want to join the fight."

He turned and went upstairs. Qian Renxue's office was on the far east side of the fourth floor. The door was half-closed, and warm yellow lamplight spilled out from inside. He knocked on the doorframe, and Qian Renxue's voice came from within. "Come in."
He pushed the door open and entered. Qian Renxue was sitting behind the desk, a stack of documents piled in front of her and a cup of tea gone completely cold at her side. Her long hair hung loose, not tied into her usual ponytail, making her face look even thinner. Hearing Su Chen's approaching footsteps, she raised her head, her gaze lingering on him for an instant.

"It's not time yet." Su Chen sat down across from her and handed over that page of notes. "Lin Xue found this while organizing the materials. Take a look."
