Background

Snorlax evolved from Munchlax after Sui Yan's teasing struck a nerve. Lu Ze immediately celebrated the evolution by embracing his exceptionally springy belly, only for Snorlax to catch him before he was flung away. 120

While still only four months old, Snorlax accompanied Bewear on an outing to a cake shop and a fighting arena. Bewear arranged for Machoke to serve as his first instructor; Snorlax's opening punch sent Machoke flying, revealing the abnormal strength he possessed even at that age. 163

Lu Ze developed Snorlax through heavy nutrition, Energy Cubes, and a demanding physical-training routine. Though he appears lazy, Snorlax reliably completes his daily quota and often trains further afterward, gradually surpassing the Patterned Snorlax in raw strength. 481 673 851

At a hot spring, Snorlax found a Pokémon Egg drifting along the waterway. Fearing that Lu Ze might give it away, he secretly searched upstream for its parents, protected the Egg in a souvenir box, told it stories, and eventually kept it after failing to find its family. Lu Ze's Snorlax is an unusually large, well-kept specimen with a soft, resilient belly and smooth, glossy fur. While ordinary Snorlax stand roughly 2.3–2.8 meters tall, he exceeds three meters in height. 120 801 939

Snorlax is food-motivated, relaxed, and fond of sleeping, but he is not genuinely indolent. He finishes his own training efficiently, recognizes his shortcomings, and willingly works to improve his ranged attacks and attack frequency so that he can protect his teammates without relying on them to cover his slow speed. 481 655 673
