Background / History
Airi first encounters her classmate Tatsuya Sakuya in the dormitory elevator. Later, he helps her resist a clerk’s pressure to buy an unsuitable DSLR and choose a lighter camera for her photography hobby. She gathers the courage to exchange Line contacts with him, then asks his advice about a night photograph 4 5.
She becomes close to Hasebe Haruka, comforting her during harassment at the swimming test and joining her in a water fight with Sakuya 10 11. After the midterms, Haruka persuades the reluctant Airi to join a swimming outing. Airi later expresses how frightened she was when Haruka nearly drowned from a cramp 66 69.
Airi hides her identity as the model Shizuku behind oversized glasses and a withdrawn manner. She eventually invites Sakuya on a Saturday photography outing. With his encouragement, she removes her disguise and grows more comfortable posing; they also take a photograph together, prompting an upperclasswoman to mistake them for a couple 39 71 74 76 77 78.
On their way back, Airi secretly records Class 1-C students confronting Ken Sudō at Sakuya’s request. She agrees to give him the footage rather than testify in person, but drops her camera while trying to transfer it. Unable to access the recording or afford repairs, she misses school and tearfully tells Sakuya what happened. He informs her that Sudō’s hearing has been postponed until Friday 78 82 84 85.
