Background
Duobao is Venerable Lingbao's eldest personal disciple and is renowned as the world's first Treasure-Seeking Mouse. His innate nature allows him to pass through innate and acquired formations, while his origin as Innate Treasure Qi gives him an exceptional affinity with Lingbao and Treasure Aura. 3 72
By Venerable Lingbao's order, Duobao sought out Bai Ze and compelled him to travel to Kunlun Mountain. Although he initially broke through Bai Ze's formation with impatience and force, he became interested in Bai Ze's formation attainments. 3 4
Bai Ze later gave Duobao the Primordial Concealment Formation. Recognizing its value, Duobao opened his collection of Heavenly Treasures in return and ultimately gifted Bai Ze the crystal containing his Innate Spatial Divine Ability. 5
At Kunlun, Duobao supported Bai Ze's study of the mountain's Prohibitive Arrays and offered to bear punishment on his behalf. He also left Bai Ze within a formidable formation as an entrance trial, wagering with Guang Chengzi over Bai Ze's progress. 6 7 8
During Jieyin Daoist's pursuit in Cloud Dream Marsh, Duobao was severely injured. When Bai Ze appeared to die, Duobao burned away everything he possessed to pursue Jieyin and self-detonated in an attempt to avenge his junior brother. Both were cast into the Chaos Qi-filled void, where Duobao later awakened from a cocoon. 46 53 57
