"Actually..." Luo Feng suddenly spoke, breaking the silence in the room. "I have an idea."

Everyone's eyes turned to Luo Feng.

Luo Feng smiled faintly. "Since we can't hold it, why not... spread the news!"

His words were shocking, and the Universe Masters present were stunned.

"Spread the news?" Lord of Darkness frowned deeply. "Luo Feng, what do you mean? Are you planning to hand over the treasure?"

Luo Feng smiled. "Of course not. Not hand it over, but... share it!"

He paused, then continued, "Rather than fighting desperately to guard it and possibly failing in the end, we might as well announce that a Supreme Treasure is about to be born in Flowing Cloud Valley, and allow forces from across the Cosmic Sea to send people in to stand guard!"

The room fell silent, quiet enough to hear a pin drop. The idea was far too bold, even somewhat insane.

Lord of Chaos City pondered for a moment before asking, "Luo Feng, explain your plan in detail."

"It's simple!"

Luo Feng explained, "We directly announce that a Supreme Treasure is about to be born in Flowing Cloud Valley. Any race may send people in to stand guard and jointly maintain the valley's stability until the treasure emerges. Of course, the prerequisite is that they must abide by the rules we set."

"Rules?" Chu Yang asked. "What rules?"

"First, before the treasure emerges, private fighting within Flowing Cloud Valley is forbidden. Second, after the treasure emerges, everyone may fight for it by their own abilities.

"Third, no race may damage the environment of Flowing Cloud Valley in any form."
