A yellow-and-white cat padded lightly into Qin Ran's view.
Unlike other cats, it showed none of the wariness or vigilance they displayed around strangers.
The cat Qin Ran saw looked relaxed and carefree. Its raised tail swayed from side to side as it walked. It looked less like a cat than a lion patrolling its territory.
When its eyes met Qin Ran's, he instinctively narrowed his own.
