"Hah!"

With a powerful, low roar, a massive tower shield burst from the shadows under Qin Ran's watchful gaze.

The shield blocked his view, hiding the attacker carrying it.

But the pressure bearing down on him from it was unmistakable.

In the blink of an eye, it was right in front of him.

Instinctively, Qin Ran moved to dodge.

Before he could actually move, though, he sensed malice coming from the direction he had just traveled.

A second attacker had appeared.

Together, the two attackers had him caught at an angle.

Qin Ran checked his movement.

The only way he could dodge now was toward the warehouse door.

But would that really let him avoid the blow?

His game room was there. If he could get close enough to enter, he would be completely safe.
