Background
Mimosa grew up as the sole heir of a wealthy family. By adolescence, Mimosa had recognized that people who approached did so for profit, and that this pressure intensified with age because of the inheritance involved. This experience made Mimosa intelligent, guarded, and accustomed to relying on wealth and preparations for safety 811.
Before traveling with Qin Ran, Mimosa conducted transactions with the Broker. Mimosa learned that the Broker could pay a price for the System's assistance within a limited scope, including purchasing otherwise unavailable equipment and delaying Giant City's Mechanical Enforcers. Their agreement also left the Broker with dangerous leverage over Mimosa 935 1082.
Appearance
Mimosa usually presents as soft-spoken, nervous, and harmless, often trembling or shrinking back when faced with danger. Around strangers, Mimosa can conceal this nature behind cool, detached manners and elegant etiquette 935 994 1253.
- Wears six rings inscribed with defensive and healing runes 1253.
- Carries a necklace with a powerful negative aura, a rune-inscribed belt, beast-hide trousers, and teleportation-rune shoes 1253.
- Keeps A-Fu and other defensive measures in an inconspicuous pouch at the waist 982 1056.
- Maintains multiple spatial-storage items, including one capable of storing an entire house and its contents 1729.
Personality
Mimosa is exceptionally timid and easily overwhelmed by danger. Separation from Qin Ran, unfamiliar people, supernatural threats, and even remembered dangers can provoke panic. Despite this, Mimosa is self-aware: rather than insisting on leadership or combat roles beyond their ability, Mimosa entrusts decisions to more capable allies and prepares extensively for survival 938 1087 1513.
Beneath that fear is a perceptive, generous, and increasingly determined person. Mimosa understands the value of money, equipment, and social appearances; reads hostility quickly; and is willing to spend enormous sums to protect Qin Ran. Mimosa also anonymously gives food to those in need and carefully avoids helping in ways that would endanger them 1328 1727.
Mimosa's central goal becomes supporting Qin Ran through cooking, resources, and preparation rather than direct combat. Though still frightened, Mimosa repeatedly chooses to face danger rather than become a burden 1254 1727 1780.
Abilities & Skills
Peerless Cooking
Mimosa's greatest strength is cooking. Even with skills sealed in a Unique Instance, Mimosa can produce outstanding food from basic ingredients 938 1731.
- Prepared special food that triggered Qin Ran's Fervor and Heroic Bearing attributes for the first recorded time 962.
- Meals weaken the chaotic darkness within Qin Ran's mind and stimulate Gluttony's effect more strongly than other food 1328.
- Continues studying difficult recipes and rare ingredients to create dishes that can better support Qin Ran 1416 1727.
- Uses cooking as a practical means of care, regularly preparing meals, tea, restorative food, and travel provisions 1252 1416 1783.
Stealth
Mimosa possesses Peerless-level [Stealth], strengthened further by supporting equipment 935.
- Can conceal themself at a level comparable to an ordinary Transcendent.
- Lacks the composure and instinctive confidence normally associated with stealth specialists; fear remains obvious even while hidden 935.
Defensive Preparations
Mimosa compensates for poor direct combat ability through vast stores of equipment, scrolls, force fields, and summoned defenders.
- Six powerful defensive force fields can activate simultaneously against hostile contact 982.
- Defensive measures can bind an attacker and release overwhelming negative energy; the pouch's unseen presence then consumes what remains 982 983.
- Can rapidly deploy more than one hundred layers of defense against physical, elemental, and curse-based threats 1729.
- Uses scrolls to summon elemental creatures and Elemental Lords 1729.
- Keeps high-grade [Wishcraft] scrolls, [Fortune Elixir], [Dean's Blessing], and [Ye's Blessing] as emergency trump cards 1977.
A-Fu
A-Fu is Mimosa's familiar and soul companion, residing in the pouch at Mimosa's waist 988 1056.
- Senses dangerous auras alongside Mimosa's equipment 1056.
- Manifested as a colossal dog-like creature and nearly tore apart the Devourer 988.
- Can receive support from Mimosa even when Mimosa is injured and surrounded by enemies 1085.
- Serves as both a guardian and a source of emotional reassurance for Mimosa 1056.
Divine Aid
Mimosa gained the [Divine Aid] Talent after completing a cooking-Talent primer 1830.
- Its precise capabilities are unknown.
- Mimosa is wary of the risks of being “favored” by a higher existence despite acknowledging the Talent's value 1830.

Relationships
- Qin Ran / 2567 — Friend, protector, teammate, and the person Mimosa most wants to support. Mimosa relies heavily on Qin Ran's presence, while Qin Ran regards Mimosa as “someone special” rather than a servant 935 983 1416.
- A-Fu — Familiar and soul companion. A-Fu protects Mimosa and responds to Mimosa's calls and support 988 1056 1085.

- Higher Evil Spirit — Protector during the conflict with Attendant IV; it recognizes Mimosa's importance to Qin Ran and fights to keep Mimosa safe 1505 1509.
Story Role / Major Arcs
Thorn Grail Investigation
Mimosa accompanies Qin Ran into Oak Hand, posing as an ignorant young master while Qin Ran plays the servant. Mimosa's performance helps mislead the black-market crowd and gather information about the stolen Thorn Grail 932 933.
During the investigation, Mimosa follows Qin Ran's plans, assists with disguises and hiding, and provides food at their safehouses. Qin Ran rewards Mimosa fairly for using valuable contracts and for cooking, establishing their team rule that neither should accept the other's help without compensation 943 962.
Attack by a God's Avatar
An impostor attacks Mimosa while posing as Qin Ran. Mimosa's layered defenses activate automatically, binding and annihilating the attacker with negative energy before the pouch consumes the remains. Qin Ran concludes that the attacker was likely a god's avatar 982 983.
Devourer Crisis
When the Devourer appears, Mimosa admits that an item carried can inflict Minor-level damage only through contact. Qin Ran uses this opening by throwing Mimosa at the Devourer, prompting A-Fu's appearance and devastating assault on the entity 986 988.
Sword of Dawn and Dawn City
Within the [Sword of Dawn] Title Instance, Mimosa is separated from Qin Ran and faces a more dangerous set of conditions as the holder of the main scroll. Mimosa later resolves to confront the Burning Marquis to prevent further chaos, only to be abducted through the Broker's scheme 999 1056 1082.
Mimosa is recovered while injured and still protecting A-Fu. Though unable to continue fighting, Mimosa's determination gives Qin Ran the opportunity to take over the battle 1085.
Giant City Defense
Mimosa's wealth, defensive items, and companions repeatedly make seemingly easy attacks disastrous for enemies. Attendant IV is killed after underestimating Mimosa's scroll reserves, while Mimosa remains emotionally overwhelmed enough to immediately seek Qin Ran's guidance afterward 1505 1506.
When Evil Wind attacks, Mimosa deploys layered defensive fields, elemental summons, and Elemental Lords so overwhelming that the attacker retreats before being struck down 1729.
Unique Instance and Restaurant Life
After entering a Unique Instance with reduced attributes and sealed skills, Mimosa works alongside Qin Ran in a restaurant. Mimosa continues cooking, attempts to act as bait against the dead, and supports Qin Ran despite being too frightened to execute the plan when the threat appears 1729 1731 1733.
Mimosa's confidence grows through this period. In addition to caring for Qin Ran through food and daily work, Mimosa intimidates threats to Qin Ran's safety and gains [Divine Aid] through continued cooking development 1750 1817 1830.
Final Battle Support
During the conflict surrounding the Broker and the Witch, Mimosa deploys extensive scrolls, summoned beasts, and defensive resources while preserving personal safety. Though recognized as physically vulnerable without equipment, Mimosa holds one side of the battle until Qin Ran orders the Upper Evil Spirit to protect them 1977 2008.
