"Watch closely, Leon!"
"This punch is going to look awesome!"
"Ha..."
If you were going to charge up for that long, what was the point of stomping that planet to pieces earlier?
Leon pursed his lips, wanting to complain, but held it back.
Forget it, forget it.
He would let Tony show off a little longer.
As Leon thought this, he split his attention, examining another stretch of starry sky faintly visible beyond the black lightning. There even seemed to be a fuel-depleted spaceship drifting along like space junk.
That is...
His consciousness passed through the black lightning and fully descended upon that world. Through the battered spaceship, Leon saw a figure he knew very well—someone he had only met not long ago, yet who looked far more dejected.
"Tony?"
With a thought, this incorporeal projection of Leon's consciousness became physically real, while his main body, still enthusiastically trading blows with Tony in the original universe, remained completely unaffected.
As long as they were within Leon's perception range—in other words, within his Microcosm—he could create an unlimited number of such avatars.
The number of avatars had long since lost all meaning to Leon. The same went for his split consciousnesses running along multiple threads at once.
Inside the battered spaceship.
Tony and his fellow survivor, Nebula, were using metal parts as fingertip soccer balls, taking turns flicking them toward goals formed by their fingers.
Tony had started this game. Because Thanos had forcibly entered Nebula's mind before, her brain still was not quite working right even now.
Her sensory balance system malfunctioned from time to time, and she kept failing to flick the ball into the goal Tony made with his fingers.
When it was Tony's turn, he merely gave the silver marble a light flick with his fingertip, sending
