"By the way, can you fly a plane?" Tony suddenly asked.
Maya Hansen looked confused. "A little. Why are you suddenly asking that?"
"I've got a surprise. Want to have some fun?" Tony said in an extremely coaxing tone.
"Have some fun?" Maya Hansen was even more puzzled.
"Play a game."
A smile curled at Tony's lips as he pressed the call button on the car's screen. "Check, JARVIS, can you hear me?"
"Yes, Sir, very clearly." JARVIS's voiceprint appeared on the car screen, like a dozen or so blue ribbons rippling in a steady pattern.
"Is Pepper still at home?" Tony asked.
JARVIS replied, "After discovering that you were not home, Miss Pepper left the Mark VII armor behind and returned to the company."
"She really is a dedicated career woman, huh?" Tony sighed. "Perfect. First, control the Mark VII armor and make a couple of laps outside the villa. Then activate the defense system and be ready to transfer control of the Mark VII to me at any time."
"Yes, Sir. I have entered the Mark VII." JARVIS immediately agreed. "Would you like the defense system set to maximum level, or—"
"Not maximum. Just activate the barrier. Don't counterattack under any circumstances. Use all absorbed energy for power generation," Tony instructed.
"Sir, the defense system has been configured. I have taken off and am ready to transfer control of the armor at any time."
"Good. Be a little cocky. Don't embarrass me."
"Yes, Sir."
