Because of its unique offshore location, The Raft was often called the Raft Prison or the Floating Bridge Prison.
It was a large prison specifically used to hold criminals guilty of heinous crimes or those with superhuman abilities.
Trevor Slattery might not have been much of a person, but his nationally known "achievements" clearly qualified him for further education in The Raft.
Everyone in there was a talented individual, and they all spoke so nicely. He would definitely love it there.
With that in mind, a flippant smile appeared on Tony's face as he asked, "Is there anything else you plan to confess to me? Something about Aldrich Killian."

And those tailor-made terrorist bombings—every bad thing was done by Killian and his think tank. His brain alone wasn't sharp enough to fool the entire American public and directly hack into the President's phone."
"I understand. Other than you, everyone in this base either worked directly under Killian or belonged to his think tank, like that hacker," Tony inferred.
"That's right, that's right!"
Trevor nodded. "There are probably eight hundred, if not a thousand, terrorist organizations using the name 'Ten Rings.' People think they're all the same organization, but that's not true at all. They're all made-up names. Every last one is fake."
