"It was no big deal." Pietro shrugged as if it were nothing. "I just had to move faster than the bamboo forest changed. Luckily, I'm the tiniest bit confident in my speed."
Pietro held his thumb and forefinger a hair's breadth apart.
"Really? That's impressive." Admiration crossed Ying Li's face. "It's reassuring to know this world has superheroes like you protecting it."
"Ah, haha, I'm not that impressive. I only joined recently. I still have a lot to learn from Mr. Leon and the others."
Ying Li's heartfelt praise left Pietro a little embarrassed. He raised a hand and scratched the back of his head.
Once Pietro rejoined the group, they continued to the waterfall. Ying Li stopped there and glanced back at Optimus Prime and Supersonic, who had been bringing up the rear. Then she turned to Leon.
"The true entrance to Ta Lo is inside the cave behind this waterfall."
"But..." Ying Li hesitated, looking at Optimus Prime and Supersonic. "If these two are coming with us, the opening behind the waterfall may be a little too small."
The waterfall was only a dozen or so meters high and five or six meters wide. Getting those two giants through it would probably be difficult.
Leon's lips curved. He raised his right hand and wiggled his fingers. "Easy. Ever heard of Cybertron Compression Technology?"
Leon didn't even need to help. Optimus Prime and Supersonic dissolved out of their robot forms, becoming red and blue clouds of mistlike nanoparticles that swirled around the group.
They took neither robot nor vehicle form, remaining in the intermediate state of loose nanoparticles.
The Avengers were long used to the Autobots' Nano Transformation Technology, but wonder flashed in Wenwu's and Ying Li's eyes.
