As for Steve Rogers, what he wanted was, of course, a one-handed spiked shield that combined offense and defense. The Vibranium Shield in his left hand would focus on defense, while the Dragon Scale Spiked Shield in his right would focus on offense.
Although Leon could not understand why he was so obsessed with shields, he respected Steve Rogers's wishes.
Since they were already there, Leon also asked Wanda whether she wanted a Dragon Scale Armament made especially for her, but she declined.
As a Chaos Mage, her fighting style had absolutely nothing to do with close combat. She could simply hang back and attack from range, so there was no need to get up close and trade blows.
Leon thought it over and agreed that she had a point.
Still, Leon had been thinking more along the lines of something Wanda could keep as a souvenir. With her current strength, a Dragon Scale Armament would be no more than a toy, adding nothing at all to her combat power.
But since Wanda did not want one, there was no reason to insist on having one made.
That went even more so for Leon himself.
With All-Black the Necrosword in hand, he had no need for a Dragon Scale Armament. Compared with weapons made from scraps shed by the Great Protector, Leon was far more interested in the Great Protector himself.
Whether as a flashy mount to show off before others or to satisfy the fascination with divine dragons rooted in his Dragon Country heritage, Leon was determined to claim this formidable Eastern dragon and tame him as both a mount and a pet.
Whether the dragon agreed was not something Leon needed to consider.
Before Captain America Leon, the dragon had neither the right nor any reason to refuse.
