Dangerous Escape

Flames blasted from beneath his feet like a jet's exhaust, greatly increasing his speed. Garz-Tal appeared behind Hulk and drove a dark-flamed spear into his leg. Hulk let out a howl and swung a fierce punch behind him. But Garz-Tal had already moved in front of him and thrust another spear into his left leg.

Hulk tried to pull out the flaming spears, but the black flames scorched his hands and even suppressed his regenerative ability. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Garz-Tal stabbed him several more times with the flaming spears, making Hulk cry out in agony.

"Ja-Li was right. Your screams really are beautiful," Garz-Tal said as he condensed a black-flamed rope and bound Hulk with it. The beast struggled desperately in midair, but all his attempts to break free were futile. Garz-Tal was just about to knock him unconscious when he suddenly sensed something.

He turned and saw that the Celestials had vanished. A group of humans had used some kind of spell to take them into another pocket dimension. "Are they your friends? What an interesting group of humans." Even from this distance, Garz-Tal could tell that these humans possessed exceptionally unique souls, especially the woman. "All right, I'll deal with these annoying insects first," Garz-Tal said with a sneer. His words drew an enraged roar from Hulk, forcing Banner to reclaim control.
