"Hurry. Your magic is draining rapidly," she warned. Ian's expression turned grim as he felt his enormous reserves of magic rapidly drying up from this one spell alone. Never in his life had Ian felt so weak from losing so much magic.
These damn Demon Gods have dimensions of their own. Casting Time Stop on them is practically the same as stopping time across the entire universe, Ian complained. The greater the range, the more difficult it was to affect time—and the stronger the soul, the greater its resistance to attacks like this.
