"Let's begin the weapons test." Ian glanced at his watch. He pressed a button, and the Doom Armor slowly materialized around him. "How long did it take?"

"3.2 seconds."

"That's a little too long," Ian commented. "Can it be optimized?"

"No, but I can sense energy signatures and deploy a force field instantaneously."

"You don't even have a soul yet, and you're already talking back."

"You designed me this way, sir. That only proves your tastes are unique."

"That's true." Ian chuckled softly. "All right, let's continue."

Two Doom Bots appeared in the testing room. Ian raised his hand and released a long laser beam, slicing them in half. During the mission aboard the salvage ship, he had instructed his Doom Bots to secretly scan Kang En's Lightsaber while Kang En wasn't paying attention.

The reason a Jedi's Lightsaber could function was a rare material called Kyber Crystal, a material sensitive to the Force. Although Ian couldn't use the Force, he could still replicate the laser's properties.

Ian had gained a great deal from that mission. He had also instructed the robots to collect DNA samples from all the Reincarnators for research, while ensuring they were "accidentally" injured. After testing the laser, Ian tested another improvement to Doom Armor 2.0: Chameleon Mode. He could now use a force field to bend the light around him, achieving a state similar to invisibility.

After all the tests were complete, Ian removed the armor and left the laboratory. This wasn't the final update, because he was already preparing to create "Silver Doom 3.0"—he thought the name was quite fitting. However, before beginning the next upgrade, he still had some preparations to make.
