The person dragged into the Phantasm Dream Mindscape tonight was Shasha.

No matter how Su Tianqing thought about it, this whole affair felt rather bizarre, yet she just couldn't quite put her finger on why.

Logically speaking, having Shasha enter as the final victim right before the decisive battle was the most reasonable sequence of events, but that only applied if one knew from the Codex that this was the final phase. Viewed from anyone else's perspective, Garuda dragging Shasha into the Phantasm Dream Mindscape made zero sense.

"Regardless, since today's victim is Shasha, we have to find a way to notify Red Rose. At the very least, we need to get Shasha out of that Phantasm Dream Mindscape as soon as possible," Scarlet Snow said.

It could bypass the vast majority of isolation barriers; theoretically, even Mercury in the Star Realm could receive transmissions sent from the Mortal World, though the signal might be weak and take much longer to deliver in full.
