Background / History

Following Qian Xunji's death, Bibi Dong succeeded him as Spirit Hall Pope. Qian Daoliu considered her an extraordinary twin martial soul genius and expected her potential eventually to surpass his own. 1 5

Bibi Dong's hatred of Qian Renxue is rooted in the trauma caused by Qian Xunji's past actions. Although Qian Daoliu repeatedly insists that Qian Renxue is her daughter and bears no blame, Bibi Dong refuses to acknowledge the child as her own. 1 5

Conflict with Qian Renxue

Qian Renxue initially sought Bibi Dong's praise after awakening a God-tier Martial Soul. Bibi Dong answered with cold laughter, suppressed killing intent, and ordered her never to call her “Mother” again. 1

When Qian Renxue later came to the Papal Hall to share that she had become a level 35 Soul Elder, Bibi Dong interpreted her daughter's words as deliberate humiliation and nearly attacked her before Qian Daoliu intervened. 12 13

Bibi Dong had embraced the path of an Evil God, which Lu Chen identified as the reason for her hatred toward Qian Renxue. Qian Renxue was told that only becoming the Angel God and shattering that godhood could save her mother. 23
