An Answer by the End of the Month

After checking the system task one last time, Lu Zhou left the System Space.

His awareness returned to the study in his villa. Instead of wrapping up his work, he went to the kitchen to make himself a cup of coffee, then opened his computer and logged in to his MathOverflow account.

As the world's largest and most professional mathematics forum, MathOverflow had accounts and blogs belonging to many prominent younger scholars, including Terence Tao and Scholze. Lu Zhou was no exception.

Although he did not update his blog as diligently as Professor Tao, Lu Zhou often used the forum to exchange ideas with scholars around the world.

Figuring that the paper he had posted on arXiv yesterday must have racked up plenty of downloads, Lu Zhou opened his MathOverflow inbox. Yet even though he had expected a flood of messages, their sheer number still startled him.

Most interestingly, the private messages came not only from mathematicians. Doctoral students, postdocs, and professors working in theoretical physics had even registered accounts specifically to message him.

And all those messages asked essentially the same thing.

How far was he from an upgraded version of the Electroweak Unification Theory—the Strong Electroweak Unification Theory?
