A bright silver airliner slowly descended onto the runway, taxiing along the smooth tarmac.

"This is my first time coming this far north."

"This is my second time."

"About six years ago. I was heading to the border on a mission and passed through here. I stayed for around a day and a half."

For one thing, Wang Peng probably would not tell him even if he asked. For another, Lu Zhou had little interest in matters from a world so different from his own.
After they got off the plane, a silver Buick was waiting outside. A low-keyly dressed man got out and opened the door for Lu Zhou, then drove them to a hotel near Harbin Institute of Technology.
This time, Wang Peng was not the driver. The driver had been sent by the Science and Industry Bureau.
Unlike the previous meeting in Shangjing, the attendees of this lunar aerospace project bidding conference all held relatively high—or rather, sensitive—positions.

After getting out of the car at the hotel entrance, two men waiting outside came forward to greet them.
