Definition

“Evil God” is a catch-all label for powerful entities outside the Wizard World's four public factions: the Abyss, Wizard Black Tower, Divine Kingdom, and Warlock Alliance. The category includes remnants of earlier eras, extraordinary magic beasts, Ancient Gods, and ambitious unorthodox wizards. It does not require following a faith-based god path. 332

The title is often based on independence, threat, and methods rather than morality alone. Yin Ming initially considered the designation exaggerated for someone merely capable of Seventh Ring power, but later accepted it as an accurate description of his position outside established order. 5 329 336

Evil God Crystal Skull

The Evil God Crystal Skull is the network's primary communication tool. It enables anonymous cross-plane contact for intelligence trading, resource exchange, and hiring other Evil Gods, but imposes no restrictions and offers no guarantee that information is truthful. 332

• Private information domains — Users can restrict an exchange to a smaller information pool; these domains are primarily used for intelligence trades rather than meetings. 332 334

Loose Alliances

The Evil Gods temporarily organized against the Wizard Black Tower after the Abyss exposed the Tower's Heavenly Dao Plan. The Abyss offered intelligence on Omnipotent Eye coverage, invasion experience, recognition of conquered planes, and resource exchanges through Abyssal Sacrifice. 339

A smaller core alliance later formed between Wuxiang Watson, Mother of All Snakes, and Undying Xuanming. Its stated terms were deep knowledge and resource sharing, plus mutual support if the Wizard Black Tower targeted them. 360

History

Early Reputation

The term first appears around Viscount Orson's attempt to summon an unknown god through the sacrifice of three hundred serfs. The summoned being was Zhu Bajie, whose divine title and otherworldly origin led local powers to treat him as an Evil God and organize a god-hunting operation against him. 1 2

This incident established an important distinction: an Evil God could possess overwhelming spiritual power and divine artifacts while still being weakened by environmental restrictions, limited magical replenishment, or other rank deficiencies. 2 4

Rise During the Abyss–Black Tower War

When the Abyss and Wizard Black Tower entered open conflict, dormant Evil Gods treated the resulting collapse of order as an opportunity. They invaded planes beyond Omnipotent Eye coverage, scavenged destroyed worlds, and competed for resources left behind by the major factions. 334 340

Bailam and Undying Xuanming formed a practical partnership during this period: Bailam extracted Tainted Blood and corrupted flesh from ruined worlds, while Yin Ming followed behind to harvest bones. Their objectives did not conflict, allowing both to profit without formal loyalty. 332 334

Conflict with the Wizard Black Tower

The Wizard Black Tower later exploited the Crystal Skull network to issue bounties on selected Evil Gods, offering partial Omnipotent Eye authority in exchange for hunting them. Wuxiang Watson ranked first, the Mother of All Snakes second, and Undying Xuanming ninth. 355

The Tower then deployed Truth Sorcery through the Omnipotent Eye. The technique attacked through Law Space and could reach an Evil God's true body through the remains of an avatar. At least 123 Evil Gods were killed in the purge, including Lint Bohr. 361 364

After the purge, surviving Evil Gods were hunted down, driven into hiding, or pressured to submit to the Wizard Black Tower. The Tower eventually offered amnesty and partial Omnipotent Eye authority to survivors willing to join its expanding order. 377 378
