In the royal palace of Elbaf, the land of the giants, a giant dressed more lavishly than the others sat in the center.

This man was Elbaf's Giant Tribe prince—Prince Loki!

Elbaf's royal palace lacked any of the splendor of a true palace. Rather than a palace, it was more fitting to call it an enormous house.

At that moment, a haughty-looking giant stood before Prince Loki, with not a shred of reverence in his eyes.

This giant was Charlotte Odin, one of the newly appointed Seven Warlords of the Sea.

Charlotte Odin asked, "Your Highness Loki, have you considered the conditions proposed by Lord Donquixote?"

The only reason Charlotte Odin had become a Seven Warlord of the Sea was because Donquixote Sun, a Celestial Dragon, had taken a liking to him. After all, it was not easy to cultivate a powerful pawn, so he could only look for one elsewhere.

Charlotte Odin had originally been nothing more than a senior officer in P0, but Donquixote Sun had given him the title of Seven Warlord of the Sea in order to maximize his own interests.

Charlotte Odin's mission upon returning to Elbaf was to persuade the Giant Tribe of Elbaf to join the World Government.

And Prince Loki, as Elbaf's future heir, was even less likely to agree to such a thing.
